Roaming Profile

Hello all,
I am about to enable roaming profiles for my users. The issue i am not sure of concerns those users with outlook email client profiles set up on their PCs. Will outklook automatically get reconfigured for them when there log in at another workstation? Can someone tell me if there are any other things I need to configure re:Outlook/Exchange server before roaming will ork properly?
