RockRidge CD on Windows

Does anybody know how to get full access to a *X RockRidge format CD under Win32? (Reg hack, driver, util, …)

I need full view of this CD across my MS network, but I only see truncated 8.3 format file names!

Of course, I can’t install a CD in the machines which need to see this CD.
