ROI as custom field in PS 2010

do you have suggestions on how to setup ROI as a custom field formula in PS 2010? I have setup a custom ‘billable amount’ field as type ‘cost’ for entitiy ‘project’ but can’t seem to pull billable into a formula for ROI as it’s not available in ‘field picker’
