RUNDLL Problem

I’m using Windiws 2000 Server edition. I scan my pc for Spywares, and it detected two (2) unknown programs which is possible spywares. I deleted this programs. When I boot up, I’ve got this messages that “something” such as a path for a program or module is missing.

Now my problem is if how can i iliminate that path to my rundll? so for the next time I log-on this will not display again. And sometimes, after the situation mentioned above, my pc is automatically restarting prior to displaying a countdown.
