rundll32.exe error

Hi there!
Pls. do give tips on how to troubleshoot on this rundll.32 caused an invalid page fault in module rundll32.exe at 0167:00406000. Registers: EAX = 0040600 and so on… This occurs if opening control panel, windows update, adding printers..
