Running MS Access 97 & MS Access 2003 On The Same Workstation

I have heard that there are issues when you try and install MS Access 2003 on a box with Access 97. Understand that I need both to be there. Is there any kind of way to allow them both to run in harmony?

O/S WinXP 20003 – SP2
Domain registered devices in an AD envirmoent.
