SAP-PLM CAD integrtion

1) whether CAD integration product(sold through SAP as mentioned as a standard product )comes along with the SAP-PLM product or no?

2)If not,we do have enough licence priveleges with PRO/E, will be able to integrate it directly with CAD-Desktop?
