Save button in Word template not working.. where can i find code?

Hi..
I have got an Ms word template to fill up some info. When i rightclick and click on open it gives all the fields i have to fill in and below there is a submit button which is suppose to save the file on my id number but when i click on submit button nothing happens. where can i check what code is written on this submit button to check error? I checked tools–> macro–> VB but its empty 🙁
