SBS2003 R2 update did not install the new R2 style reports

I manage an SBS2003 R2 Standard network. After I set it up, I ran the R2 updates. I noticed that in monitoring and reporting that all of the performance reports and such are all still the old Pre R2 style. I tried unisntalling and re-installing R2, but that did now work. Any advice on how to get the R2 reports to work?
