scan domain for info

I am looking a util or app that I can run locally on 1 machine that will scan the domain and report back a minimum of machine name, and current memory. We have 700 NT machines and do not use SMS or such products. This app/util should be cheap, and need only be installed on 1 machine to scan the domain with Admin rights.
