Screen blacks out for a second when fans start

I’ve been having an issue with my two monitors go black for a second when a fan/fans start going on full.
I’ve just swapped out my motherboard, processor and processor cooler.
The sound is the same as I’ve heared before I swapped.
I think the sound of fans going started when i swapped my graphics card.
Everything works fine otherwise but the screens….
Do you think it’s some cable issue or what?
I’ve updated graphic card drivers, BIOS, optimized energy usage.
I’m at my wits end >.<

Graphics : Geforce GTX 1070
Motherboard : MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 (old Asus Z87-Plus ATX)
Processor : i5-12600K (old i7-4770K)
Cooler : NH-D15
