Scrollbars in UserForm Word 2000

Hi All:
My question is this:
I have created a template with an attached userform. This form works great, but I just found out one individual who is using this is sight impaired and her screen is set to 640X480 resolution. The entire userform cannot be screen at this resolution and while the scrollbar properites are visiable on the form, they are not active. The button in the scrollbar which scrolls the form does not show, and she cannot see the scroll bar anyway with this resolution. So I need to make them visible at that resolution as well as activate them. Any help? I have looked extensivly for info and cannot find any….
