Seagate ST423451W Cable

I have a SEAGATE ST423451W (23.45GB)SCSI drive and I’m looking for a controller and
a SCSI internal cable that will fit to work
with it. On the specs, it tells me that the interface is Ultra-SCSI. If I use an Adaptec controller, what model shall Iuse?
