Securing code…

We are moving into a new business model of providing more “out-of-the-box” solutions for clients…most of which are web-based apps/content developed in HTML, ASP, Javascript, etc.

We’d like to be able to design the “software” so that we can use an Installshield-like interface for users to install the files, but leverage some kind of security to enable a software key and license expiration time…one that they can’t edit.

Has anyone had experience with this? I’d love to know people’s thoughts.
