Sending email in Outlook 2003

I just installed Outlook 2003 on my computer and when I want to send an email I always get that message: “The specified logo was not found. Correct the situation and resend the message”. I do not know how to get rid of this message. Could someone help me please. I really need to send emails. Thank you.
