sending messages to win95 pcs through se

I work on a mixed network of win95 and NT pcs. I use server manager to send messages to users connected to the domain. However, the win95 pcs do not receive the messages, only the NT pcs receive the messages. What do I need to do to have the win95 pcs receive messages through server manager.
