sending my router ip via smtp

Anyone know of an easy way (besides paying an outside service – like dynip.com) to email my router’s IP (it’s dynamic – my ISP given address) to somewhere? obviously – i don’t have access to my pc when I need this info – so I need to be able to getit from a web-account or something.
