Sending SNMP traps

I have just implemented WhatsUp Gold’s Trap Enabler and I would like to test the functionality out. I have installed the SNMP service on a server and want to initiate a trap to the WUG box. I have already configured the traps appropriately. What canI do to kick off a trap?
