Sequence Generator to txt

No idea if this is the right place for this but I need a program that will create a sequential list of numbers and characters of 0 – 16 characters in length. This will end up being a list of 16^36 which is a bloody large amount of numbers and I was really hoping to find an automated generator instead of trying to do it in excel or access. I personally have no skill in programming, so making a generator is not an option. I’ve spent to many years learning how to fix windows, never learned even basic program, bad huh? But anyway, if anyone knows of a program or is willing to make a simple 1 for me I would be greatly appreciative.
