Server connectivity

I just acquired 3 new Poweredge 4400’s and am having problems getting them to speak to each other, I’m on a W2K Server platform and running the following protocols:
TCP/IP
Netbeui
Network Monitoring

Running Microsoft Networking Services

I have the 3 servers connected through crossover cables with a bus topology.
Up until this point I’ve only been working with one server, 3 servers seems to be a challenge.

Any help would be greatly appreciative
