Service Access Denied

I installed a software on 6 NT4 servers, on 5 of them averything is OK but on one I got
an event in system log:

“The RemotelyAnywhere service failed to start due to the following error:
Access is denied.”
Event ID: 7000
Source:Service Control Manager

Anyone with an idea what is going on and how can I fix that.
