Service Center Updgrade 4.x Problems

While performing the ServiceCenter upgrade I recieved the following problems.

1. No Approval Button but there is an Approval Options under the Options men.

2. Received an error message query (assignment) = assignment cannot close problem ticket.

3. After clicking ‘ok’ message, systems displays screen has incomplete query. Results only displays 3 lines, should should all 36 records.
