service pack 5 for netware 5…. did not

i applied service pack 5 on my novell 5 server. 3/4ths through, it ask for username and password. i put the admins password who has rights to all, and it said i didn not have rights. i put in a few other users who had suppervisor rights. i finally was able to escape out past this and the patch continued. but when the server was rebooted it seemed to load well. when i signed in at my station as admin, i wasnt able to get the mappings, but was able to browse the server. i could not use nwamin, could not run any network apps. spent about 4 hour trying to fix this, and spent about 20 minutes uninstalling. has anyone seen anything like this or have any suggestions?
