Services keep stopping after 2 hours.

The server is ruuning 2003 sp1 and the services netlogon, computer browser and exchange and backup exec services stop after about two hours. Thier are no error in the event logs and no indication whay this is happening. In the event log the only indication is an information alert adving these services where sent a stop command.
