Setting printer margins in Internet explorer 7/Outlook Express 6

I have a client with XP Professional SP2 using Internet explorer 7 and Outlook Express 6.Since IE7 although printed emails from OE are all on the page the margins all round are less than 1cm. When attemping to adjust the margins in IE7 through File/Page layout, they are not only “odd” and bear no relationship to what actually prints, but refuse to be altered i.e. you can change them, click OK to save, but if you re-open the dialogue box they have all returned to their previous odd settings.

Does anyone have any wisdom to share on this one?
