Settings to remote into Win7 via VirtualBox on Mac

While running Win7 on a Mac via VirtualBox, I’ve tried following www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch07.html but I’m at a university and have no access to the router/dns configuration. Is there a less complicated way to use Remote Desktop Connection on another computer to connect to the Win7 portion of the Mac/VirtualBox? If so, how?
