Share Folders on Amazon Workspaces

I am in a small non-profit that is trying to migrate to Amazon Web Services Work Spaces (we get a discount). I am trying to setup a simple shared folder to run QuickBooks and other software in multi-user mode like you do in a small peer-to-peer network. I need to find someone who has successfully done this. We have tried following the Amazon instructions to no avail.
