SharePoint 2007 User Access Issue

I have a user that can access every site in SharePoint except our company site. When I try to browse to the site I get a 403 Forbidden error telling me I do not have permission. The group the user is in is the same for every site on SharePoint, a genestall group which is setup in AD. I have tried from multiple computers with the users credentials and no matter what pc I am on it fails. Please help!!
