SharePoint Site causes reboot.

Anyone have this issue or heard of a fix/workaround for this issue?

OS: Windows 7 64-bit Enterprise Edition.
Browser: IE 8.0.7601.17514 32-bit or 64 bit

Any sharepoint site causes my computer to reboot 9/10 times when i access it. at a minimum it causes me to freeze up in IE temporarily. happens with alot of users within our business and I am unsure as to what the issue is and our system administrators dont have a fix either.
