Sharing an Exchange Mailbox

In my environment I have a mailbox that three users see and access at the same time, is there a way I can setr it up so that if one of the users has an e-mail open, the other two cannot open that same e-mail on their PC’s? Oh also using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003
