shortcut to clean history

can someone tell me if it works with xp and ie7
if you create a shortcut with the command rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1

double click it browser history must be cleaned can someone says if it works in xp and internet explorer 7
