Small business server

Hello,
I have a small service company, i use my home office for entering customer info and storing customer data using simple windows folders. I have a women that work out of her home answering calls and making appointments. She also creates the folders and creates proposal through word for me. I also just purchased Smart Service scheduling which i’m told can work off of a server. We are currently using a WD mycloud network drive to keep our computers sync’d, however, it is very unreliable. I was looking at getting a entree level server but i have know idea what to get, and if it will do what i need. i was looking at a Lenovo TS150. As to drives do i get a sata or a ssd? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
