Small Office Network with windows Xp OS

The network will have two computers with Windows Xp OS.
One of the computers connects to internet through a cable connection(Comp 1). This computer has another network card which is used to connect to the other computer(Comp 2).
I am unable to setup the network. When i run the network setup wizard on Comp 1 the wizard is unable to complete the setup. How do I set up the two computers as a network.
