Software use question

We are deciding on a enterprise software package to switch over to from our current system (SAP). We have heard conflicting stories over the ease of use, end user ease, development ease as opposed to having to bring in consultants. (We have 3 in-house developers)Our choices are Oracle financials, or JD Edwards. Both claim ease of use with limited administration needed, I question that one!! Does anyone have any insight as to which is the better application and why? Thanks in advance.
