sorting excel sheet based on majority of matching data across columns

Hi,

I have a requirement of sorting the data in excel (or any other database) based on the majority of matching values. To match with real scenario, let us take cars with multiple features. Let us put all car names in column1 and property names as row header and fill in the actual values for each car.

I need a sort logic to order these data based on the majority of matching values.
