sp8a install file cannot be found

iNSTALLING SP8A ON A 4.11/INTRANETWARE CURRENTLY SP6. When I enter the path on the server for the service pack, I receive the message “No installation file (*.ips pr pinstall.nlm) could not be found at path “sys:(volume)\fs1(volume name) \sp8a(folder sp files located)” (install-4.2-262″

I did a search of the dir and could not find the files referred to. No errors were reported while the file was unpacking. I’m in the process of downloading the service pack again, anyway.. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get this done before vacation fri. Thanks in advance.
