Special tool or method to Kill memory re

by dynanin . Updated 26 years ago

I vaguely recall that I may have thought that there was an option for removing and loading systray components within NT. I am looking to remove ‘Excel’ from staying memory resident. It appears that when I macro out of my spreadsheet for some reason it leaves this program component loaded in memory and hence it causes READ ONLY conflicts when it goes to execute the back half of my macro. There must be a way of killing entries in ones task list under Windows ’95? maybe its even a freeware or shareware add-on program that must be purchased and used. Any ideas?
