Splash Page

I am trying to add a splash page to my website www.wildgracearts.com I am using the quicksite builder editor. I can’t seem to find a way to create a totaly blank page for this. Is there a way to upload the splash page to my cnet file mananger ? Ifso how do I include it as a page for my site ? Any other information that I could use would be greatly appreciatied.
