SPOOL32 Error

I have a workstation with AOL 5.0 installed. Since the install of AOL, I am constantly receiving SPOOL32 errors. I have gone thru the Microsoft Document for troubleshooting printer errors but none of their solutions seem to work. Any Ideas?
