SPX Establish Connection Table is Full

When I try to Rconsole to a Netware 4.11 server from a Windows NT 4.0 PC I get the following error message while i’m in Rconsole ‘SPX Establish Connection Table is Full ‘ and I’m unable to connect to my NetWare Server .
