Spyware finds

Hey all,

My newly-downlodaded SPYWARE DOCTOR has listed the following two components as spyware, medium-threat, that should be removed from my system. I am a little leary, however, simply because these are Windows files, no? What are these exactly, what is their function, and what should I do about them. Thanks everyone. This forum is fantastic and all help is much appreciated.
