SQL Server Security

I am a member of a small development team and we recently implemented a Performance Management system that stores employee performance appraisals online. Currently the three developers are in a dbo group for access to the SQL Server v.7 database in which the data resides. The Director would like us to not have access to each other?s appraisal records. Any solutions?
