Standard signature – Exchange / Outlook

I want to put a standard signature and a banner at the bottom of each outgoing email from my domain. Is there any way of doing this through Exchange?
I know you can embed images within Outlook but i would prefer to manage it from exchange.

Any help would be appreciated.
