Start Up Nag in XP Home

ERROR Dialogue box appears every time system is started “Cannot find a file necessary to continue Virtual Truck setup” F:\installs\Patheth\Vtruckexe. Originally I had a Problem with making my broadband connection but have resolved the problem, could you please tell me how to remove the error dialogue box so that it doesnt come up evey time the computer starts.
