starting j2ee

I am using windows98. I have installed jdk1.3,j2ee and ant in my system.I have set the path for jdk,j2ee and ant properly in autoexec.bat, and even JAVA_HOME,J2EE_HOME,ANT_HOME also. While trying to start j2ee it is showing syntax error. Java is running properly.
give me the solution.
