stop error: 0x0000006f (0xC000000E,0x00000000…)

BSOD Session3_initialization_failed
I have a client’s dell dimension E521 with Win. XP SP3 – The computer keeps displaying a BSOD stop error: 0x0000006f (0xC000000E,0x00000000…)when booted normal or in Safe mode. I have scanned for virus with Malwarebytes and Norton 2010. I would appreciate some feedback that could point me in the right direction
