Strange Browser Behavior Problem

Hi all,

I’ve been experiencing some very strange and utterly annoying behavior from my browsers.

Some sites load in a very unstructured manner sites such as facebook, downloads.com, yahoo answers. (I’ve attached image links)

But other complex layouts such as Microsoft, deviantart.com etc work fine. I’m clueless as to what can be causing this.

Also its not browser specific; firefox, IE and Safari all do the same thing

I cleared cache, history everything
Reinstalled firefox, and other browsers
Reinstalled Java (not sure why I thought it could be that)

Any ideas?
