Streaming Media – Mac Final Cut Pro

I’m working with a company to stream their video clips. The video director uses Final Cut Pro on a Mac. I told her I wanted the video in mpeg format. The problem is that when I got the video, it was MP4 – quicktime. So it couldn’t be streamed to a Windows machine. Final Cut had no other export options such as mp2 or mpeg for Windows or anything. Does anyone know a straight-forward way of converting to MPEG with final cut pro – or better yet if there’s a plugin that will allow all of the standard stream types – RM, RAM, mpeg, mov?
