stroing speech(.wav) & text (.txt) files

In my application i want to bundle i.e. store two different types of file in one single file format.

1) speech file (.wav or .mp3)

2) its text conversion file (.txt)

so is there any way to do this, please guide me.
how shall i go about it?

Shall i have to create my own file format for this?
tell me the method to do this?
or can i do it using OLE structured storage (i.e. file system within a file)

but my main requirement is i should be able to open and read it while running application
