Stuck with Double Height Taskbar

Taskbar is double high.
Similar problem as was posted by p.mears 7/12/05 (don?t know what his final resolution was). After I installed a program (InfoSelect), Taskbar became ?double high?, and nothing that was suggested to p.mears solved my problem. Microsoft KnowledgeBase mentions an similar problem that was fixed by SP1, so I tried ?Repairing? XP (Install, then chose Repair). Still have problem.
